Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of our products — industrial hydraulic shoring equipment shipped via freight carrier — all sales are final once an order has been fulfilled and shipped. The size, weight, and freight logistics involved make return shipping impractical and cost-prohibitive for both parties. We encourage all customers to carefully review product specifications and contact us with any questions before placing an order.

INSPECT YOUR ORDER UPON DELIVERY

All shipments must be carefully inspected at the time of delivery, before signing the freight carrier's delivery receipt. Please check for the following:

  • Visible damage to packaging or product
  • Missing items compared to your packing list
  • Any signs of mishandling during transit

If you notice any damage or discrepancies, note them clearly on the delivery receipt before signing. Accepting a shipment without noting damage may affect your ability to file a freight claim.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at:

Please have the following ready when you contact us:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage or defect
  • A copy or photo of the signed delivery receipt (with any noted damage)

We will evaluate each situation individually and work to make it right, which may include replacement parts, a partial refund, or other resolution at our discretion.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled and fully refunded only if canceled before the order has been fulfilled and shipped. Once a shipment has left our facility, the order cannot be canceled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at sales@hydraulicverticalshores.com or 877-854-3552.
